Hi all!
This is my first real build in my workbench.
This Tiger i modelled to represent a Tiger 1 from sPz Abt 501 in november 1942.
It is the now old Tamiya Initial production MM227 I bought it back in 1998 and started the model, but it for several reasons stalled an ended on productionshelf
in my closet. Now It was a good oppertunity to restart it so here it goes.
This side view You se the whole model I changed the Barrel and Mantel with one from Dragon Initial production.
Here you can see I have changed the tow cable mounts

Here is a side view The tow cables are Karaya cables they are very good, and all the small fittings are home made..
More detail side view The Smoke generator mount is from Elefant models sadly OOP!
From above Here it is clear the rearangement of the tow cables, the Jack block is made of Photo etch and balsa wood, the cleaning rods is styrene rod.
Motor vents the etch is from Eduard.

I have made the running gear flexible! Torsion dampers in plastic!

Detail shot of the turret the numbering is Aber in 1,0 mm
Another detail shot of the turret wing nuts is from Modelkasten and welding is
made with Plastruct 0,3 mm round rod dissolved in liquid glue
