LAH Tiger 1 314 EXPENSIVE!!

Okay chaps!
Time for 2008 years project. This year will mean only one new project for me becouse this Tiger will be very expensive for me as a poor "artist"
Cyber Hobby Tiger 1 Early "Michael Wittmann" bashed with DML ( CH? ) Alfred Kurzmaul Tiger 1 late. All this to get a....Tiger 1 Mid version!

Okay today I ordered the Cyber Hobby Tiger 1 Early and I won a bidding on the Kurzmaul on Ebay.
All this for around 150 Euros!

Enough of this talk about money becouse if you want a kit you pay the kit.

Information of Tiger 1 314
Tiger 314 was one of the Tiger´s destroyed in the same area as Michael Wittmann was in August 1944.
The tank was commanded by Unterscharführer Otto Blase.
Interesting futures about this Tiger 1 Mid is it was an early batch of Mid Tigers with the pistol port plug. As many other Tiger´s in sSSPzAbt 101 it got two fire extinguishers on left he side of turret stowage bin. No gun travel lock either.
In the same area Wittmann´s 007 was knocked out along with 314, 312 and perhaps 3 other tanks. Höflinger´s Tiger was also knocked out here or abandoned anyway.

So the first step in the project is the hull with the Early road wheels. This part is elementery.
I was thinking of a very simple vignette of this kit. Tiger running through the field, loader spots the enemy and notifies the commander. The titel might be "Enemy contact!" or do any other have a good idea?
I am going to make the base first becouse I want the wheels to articulate on this one. I need help here. If I make the base first how do I know the tank sitts propper? I mean would the clearance under the tank be the same when the wheels articulates little? I think I will ask David Byrden or of someone els here knows what the maximum articulation of the wheels where?

Photos will start to be posted as soon the kits arrive. I will order some Humbrol paints after reading J.Fohlins very impresive article about his Sd.kfz 250 as I find his dunkel gelb very nice!
