A Lennin diorama

I have wanted to use my Verlinden Lennin figure model (resin) since I purchased it about 8 years ago but I have always been doing something else. I am trying to decide on a vehicle that will be a nice offset but nothing too high and overpowering. I was originally wanting to 'crack' open my SU-100 PREMIUM KIT but I don't think I can use this as the statue would have been destroyed by that stage of the war?
Let me know what you guys think.
If I can't use a SU-100 then I was thinking of going for my Dragon mk4 E ?
Any suggestions?????
I would still love to mix this with su100.

Well in my quest to start yet another vbench (but hopefully finish) I STARTED ...... well I finished it really, as I gave it a base coat and dark copper look about 4 years ago and it had been that way since. I got the urge to do some oil painting and spotted this in the cabnet and decided to let it have the full oxidisation treatment.
I spent a few days looking through color images of copper statues in Europe and thinking about a dio situation, then started the final touch's.
The Copper statues all seem to be light Aqua Green on top with dark blackish brown streaks underneath and on the vertical surfaces. I wanted my statue to be aged but not a solid green yet and i wanted to show the copper coming through in places as well as in the shot holes.
So this is how it turned out. It was certainly a challenge and it streatched my brain a bit on color variation- but I thoroughly enjoyed it. It should contrast nicely against a tank from ether side.
I have also added bird pooh on the shoulders, and on the top base plate where it has fallen from birds perched along the upraised arm etc.
The base plate is meant to be a bronze type of material as is the name plaque. The base is concrete.
