I have been waiting ages for this kit to come out, so as soon as i got it i started it.

I have also done a Tamiya Willys Jeep built OOB. This will be parked next to it and some figures in American and German gear talking. I have modelled this as the B7 vehicle a short time before it was knocked out.

The front left guard and light were damaged as was someof the side skirts. I have left off the muzzle break and added the thread. I have also added the partial left over weld beads from removing the tool stowage (stretched sprue)and track racks. I saw this done by Sam Dwyer as well as finding it in the profile info in tankpower vol 7. I also borrowed Sam's great idea of the German tow cable attached at the rear (thanks Sammy

)- great idea.
I used a set of Anvil workable tracks I had hanging around as they were easier to assemble on the vehicle with the side guards on. The barrel is an Aber as I hate plastic barrels (I don't care how Magic they are).
I also added the track holding pins and thinned out the brackets and added them to sections of cut plastic. Track pins are from Alders nest.

I will go with the Tankpower profile for painting but I am not sure when I will start as I have the 17cm to finish off.
Ian.
