Finding myself with some extra time, I decided to build this little tank. Christopher Wilson did a great job on his so I wanted to see how much detailing I could do without hitting the aftermarket. Now THIS is a challenge for me. I am off my AMS medication. :lol:

The photos are also tests. I will eventually write a review but I am no longer tied to any site. So, I hope you guys don't mind my displaying some work here.

After finding a suitable subject (I prefer to model exported or captured tanks or those with facial markings) I decided to rip the cellophane off the box. I will model tank 531 seen here:

First I began by drilling out the wheels. For the sake of simplicity, these wheels are slide molded and the lightening holes are not drilled through. Be careful as the idlers (at the front) are not aligned in such a way that one can drill through the outer and inner halves. It is far better to drill from the outside towards the inside.
