I know it's been mentioned here before, but what's with the armour/sci-fi connection here on this site? I too am a sci-fi modeler, in fact if there is any genre I am more into it's science fiction, Star Trek in particular. I also do alot of automotive modeling, but cross-genre modeling seems to be lacking at other sites, and not as welcomed as it is here.
I've also noticed a strong connection to fine arts...seems there are alot of painters and musicians here. I am also a painter (
www.danburnsart.weebly.com) and fine artist. It just seems a little strange to me that these connections exist here where they dont seem to at other armor modeling sites. But it's a very good thing I think
