Here is my Panther from 1996. Its one of my first attempts at zimmerit and scratchbuilding. After a long break from it I am now attempting to start it up again. Here is what I have done so far.
First the turret, tamiya putty applied and while semi wet i carved zimm grooves/patterns with a knife.
The trunnion/mantlet received some work as well to make it more accurate. the standard kit parts were too thick.
