Tristar Service

Hey Guys,
does anybody of you know how to order replacement parts from Tristar?
I got their Pz.Kpfw. IV Ausf.D/Tauch and the lower hull doesn´t fit at all

.
I tried my best, but I can´t get the parts F1, A3, A2 and A8 together.
Actually I feel like a newbie since I managed to destroy all of these parts while trying to get some good fit.
So, if anybody has an E-Mail adress from Tristar, it would great to let me know!
