Sd.Kfz.222 - Tamiya 35270

I started this kit days ago, inspired in those builded by Rick Lawler and Paul Abbot here in P.A., by Steve Palffy in Hyperscale and the Tom Cockle's one in M-L.
I pretend to build one of the versions proposed by Tamiya, in dunkelgelb (?) with green stripes (Tamiya suggest panzergray)
As you can see, 3 different books or sites propose 3 differents locations form the pic

This japanese book say France 1942

Osprey say Russia 1943

And this pic I think was from afrikakorps.de and say Tunisia

This pic shows you the age of this kit: 33 years!!!! And still good!!!

Now the questions: I pretend to left some visor opened, but I'm confused about it. By example, in this pic, there is a glass below the armored flap???

Best Regards

Darío
