I've run into similar situations with online shopping Striker. Never with modeling supplies, but I do get leary of having things shipped internationally. Not that I don't trust the abilities of the shipping industries of other countries, but it vexes my mind that such a small package could come from, say, Hong Kong or the UK and travel all that distance to my doorstep and actually complete the journey without being lost in some warehouse or wedged inside a shipping truck somewhere. I've only had 1 or 2 internet orders that never went through due to the seller being a fake, but I have had to deal with unresponsive sellers. In the end most came through with my product, but its a scary, frustrating time in between.
