Jagdtiger Porsche Production - Dragon

Hello fellow modelers and dear friends.
It’s been forever since I’ve posted any new work. But finally it’s time to get into the grind again. Here is a build I did some time back. Its Dragon’s Jagdtiger Porsche Production Type.

Stared working with the suspension. That is usually the most tedious part of the build, however this one went together very well.

Once that was done I moved to assemble the hull. I used the plastic rod + liquid cement technique to simulate weld lines along the hull plates in the rear of the tank.




The next thing to address was the plates of the armor. These were cut very roughly on the real vehicles and I wanted to replicate this in 1/35. I used a triangular file to create the texture.




I also added the small brackets that held the jack in place using plastic rod. I added a plastic wing nut from Bronco at the top of each rod.




Also the exhausts and the tools on the rear plate.

The Lower hull is coming along…
