So I jumped on this figure, brand new from the publisher of the "israeli way" books.
This is a superb figure with a great pose!
I do plan on replacing the head with a hornet bare head... and will try to add a yarmulke and some hair

The head is actually pretty good, it will probably end up on a Russian tho
The figure came in a little plastic box. Inside is two small plastic bags. one contains the main casting of the body, the other the head and some glasses.
Also included is a color print of the assembled figure. My one point of criticism is that the box-art figure is not painted. I am sure I am not alone in using the box-art as a painting guide.

The casting is superb, I didn't spot any bubbles or casting issues.
There is a piece of what some may call flash on the right leg under the knee area, but it looks intentional and part of the casting, this should not be a problem to remove.
The pose is very cool, and unique. With a bit of work I can easily see this being used as a Vietnam figure or some other military...
The sculpting is very nice, with lots of nice clothing folds to paint. having the goggles separate allows the modeler to hide the neck seam, but it shouldn't be too much of a problem to blend in a different head.

I highly recommend this figure!
