I was not kidding about shelving everything else for Max.
I started on a dismounted crew for it. They are from DML with Verlinden and Legend heads and Tamiya holsters. The filler was Squadron Green Putty thinned with acetone and applied with an old brush.
Primed with Mr. Surfacer 1200. I had to change several heads as the caps were incorrect for the photos I have found. Head sets, throat mics and wires will be added next. But Max showed up and put the crew on the “to do” list!
Wow!!! what a kit. Lawrence is right DML sure stuffs a lot in a small box.
As I find it easier to paint the road wheels and return rollers off the chassis I started with the lower hull and lower fighting compartment. I spent about an hour and a half on this.
