Gaz-67B, Tamiya 1/48.

Hi Friends,

I like to show you my latest vehicle finished, a beutifully Tamiya's 1/48 Gaz-67B, this is a very special model, this vehicle will take part in a vignette to ruffle in Almeria 2009, the annual contest organize by my association.

The build work was done by Ricardo Orts, a great modeller and very friend mine, I'm painting it, I think the fortunate one will take home a very beautiful work.

First the build, as usual by Ricardo, clean and fine work:






I start to apply the "4BO Green", I mix Dark Green XF-61, Khaki XF-49, Olive Green XF-58 and a bite of XF-4 Yellow Green.


Later I apply two lights, first adding XF-49 Khaki, second XF-14 J.A. Grey:


After I apply the shadows with XF-1 Black and XF-10 Flat Brown, very diluted:


Now Satin varnish, decals with Micro liquids, and finishing with satin varnish again, the tyres was painted with acrylic black color:


Lately, I was applied the weathering, and this the result:
