Here’s what I’ve been playing with for the last few weeks
I was a bit hesitant to even buy this kit after a huge disappointment with Zvezda’s earlier release of the BA-3. That poor thing didn’t even last through step #1.
The BA-10 turned out to be a much better (read - easier) model to build. I only had two major problems with this one. First - the front axle had to be moved about 1/4 inch back so that the front wheel would fit inside the wheel well. Second - the front fenders. One turned out to be a bit higher that the other.
Anyway, here’s what I got so far.
Added a lot of rivets (gray color):
Replaced gun barrel with a CMK barrel and added rivets around the turret:
More rivets. Also replaced front and rear tow hooks with shackles:
Repositioned the front axle so that the wheel would not touch the bumper.
Time to spray some primer….
