After seeing the thread that Andrey posted about his Robogear models and David’s Dreadnought I decided to exhume some Sci-Fi models of my own.
These two models are from the SF3D line created by Kow Yokohama and produced by Nitto in the mid-eighties. I built them around 1985 so right now they are celebrating their 22nd birthday.
This gray and green one is the
Super Armored Fighting Suit from the Australian army.
This one is the
Gustav from the Shutorial German forces. It is done in a desert scheme camo.
Both are 1/20 scale. They have spring hoses, metal antennas, rubber covers for the articulations, metal meshes and lead weights for the feet. Some of them even gad lights! They are considered the first multimedia kits on the market.
