Like many of you, I got hold of one of the excellent Tamiya Char B1 Bis kits. It's been fun to correspond with other modellers on this project as well as do my own research.
I'm almost complete with the build -- just a few more details here and there. I plan on depicting mine as "Indochine"
That blue slab is just some styrene sheet which I used to bulk up the driver's visor as was seen in some examples. I marked one side with the blue marker to guide me as I bevelled the edges evenly.
"Indochine" had the six bolts around the 75mm gun mount which I added.
I added the bolts to the commander's cupola rim too. Grandt Line here. I added the cupola "horns" from a scrapped Heller R-35 I had laying around.
