Phew. Its been for ever since I last posted here (according to the little text box on-screen, my last visit was in August 2009). Alas, I got lost in the world of aircraft modeling for a bit there. Wingy things are great, but every now and then I want to exercise my painting and weathering muscles.
I've been slowly finishing up the Italeri kit of the Staghound MK I, and thus far I'm very pleased with it. I realize it isn't 100% accurate, but until now, its been 100% fun.
I'm coming close to the point where I'll be adding on some final paint details and stowed gear.
I have a ruck-sack haning from the MG mast, and I'll be placing a rolled tarp on one or some of the fenders.
I never did learn how to paint cloth (as you can see by the figure), so if anybody can spare some advice, I would be much obliged.
