The newspaper is one of the few details, that I wanted to use to emphasize that the tank was in estonian service.
Päewaleht was one of the main newspapers in 1920's and 1930's in Estonia and the name can be translated as "daily paper". The headline news says something something about wolf puppies, but I guess, the article is more likely about boy scouts, because they were called wolf puppies too.
