1/48 Panther G

Hi Planet,

I picked up this Tamiya Panther G expecting some smooth and rapid sailing
For detailing I'll use voyager PE set.

First, I removed the molded on spare track brackets. They were sooooooo ugly and removing them was uglier.
Some weld beads were also added.

Typical case of Tamiya sabotage on realistic modelling.

I added hatch damper and rivets on the roof. Missing horizontal weld line was also added.

Replacing grab handles is always joyful experience.
I added mysterious nub on the something whose name I don't know using 1/35 DML smart Panther as my reference, but only to found out that nub was some bracket for the front fender and should not be that proud.

I couldn't trust CA glue and used Araldite epoxy glue because it is more strong and gives more time for adjusting parts.
