Sturer Emil

Hi Everybody:
I'm going to build the Sturer as a inbetween
project while i'm doing the Jagdtiger Porsche
production kit.

After reading all the links you guys gave me,
there was a question brought up about the
air intake covers on the rear as to weather
they were armor plate or just sheet metal
like the fenders.

Did anyone ever come to a conclusion,armor
plate or sheet metal?

I've got the Voyager set of PE and I might as
well use it(my first try at PE).
I've also got the Barrel Depot barrel and it measures
the same as the kit.It's my understanding now that
all the aftermarkets, except the ArmorScale,are too
short. Is this correct?(barrels are cheaper than PE sets)
