Way back when, when building my Lee, which approaches doneness, I picked up Academy's M-10 Duckbill, because it has the engine I needed for my Lee, which would be easily viewable from deck, as opposed to the M-10, unless it had the deck opened.
After spending about a year on the Lee, I needed a break, so I picked up the M-10, whose box was still nearby, and began throwing it together. Again, I'd planned to do it OOB, and again, that didn't happen. I was going to do it, also, as a Lend-Lease Soviet vehicle, but there is no record of the Soviets getting duckbills that I could find. Then I though, maybe, Polish, cuz they've got those camo paint jobs, but again, no duckbills. Then I ran across this td from the 773rd. Nice paint job, plus a little modification. Fun. I decided to mod it old school, no aftermarket, but I broke down and got a barrel, cuz in sanding the plastic barrel smooth, I tapered the end.
