Tiny,tiny chains

I am sure this is a very silly question.Let me explain first.I have several nice models of German armor.I am working on a Tamiya Panther ausf g at this moment.Sadly I just don't have the funds to plop down on AM photoetch and the like, plus I get a strange satifaction from doing it myself. Now, here goes the silly question.Does anyway know of a way to duplicate the tiny chains used in various places on most armor?I seem to have this affliction, that it drives me crazy not to be able to model even the tiniest detail. So is there a way? I am new to this site and german armor so I am still learning.Go easy bros.Chris F.
